Section 462-010-0010 - Elections of Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary

The Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary (should the commission opt to appoint a secretary) shall be elected biennially. Commissioners may be elected to the positions of Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary for consecutive terms. Elections shall be held on the last scheduled commission meeting of each even calendar year. Terms of office shall run for two years beginning January 1 of the odd calendar year after elections.
