Section 461-190-0197 - Microenterprise Component Closure Effective December 31, 2020(1) For the purposes of this rule, "microenterprise" means a sole proprietorship, partnership, or family business with fewer than five employees and capital needs no greater than $35,000.(2) The microenterprise component of the JOBS Program ends for all individuals effective December 31, 2020.Or.
