(1) Annual Inspection Records - Minimum retention:(a) Reports, retain permanently;(b) All other records, retain 5 years.(2) Mobile Waste Hauler Dumping Records - Minimum retention: 5 years.(3) Non-Compliance Corrective Action Records - Minimum retention: 3 years after last action.(4) Public Facilities Grease Trap Inspection Records - Minimum retention: (a) 1 year after date of inspection;(b) Closed facilities, retain 2 years after closure.(5) Sanitary Survey Records - Minimum retention:(a) Reports, retain permanently;(b) All other records, retain 5 years.(6) Sewage Sludge Records - Minimum retention: Permanent.(7) Water Quality Complaint Records - Minimum retention: 3 years after last action.Or.
