Section 260:65-1-19 - Final inspection

This inspection shall occur upon completion of construction and when requested by the contractor after he determines the project is finally complete and all punch list items have been completed. The design consultant shall send out formal notification inviting the using state agency, the Department and other interested parties to attend. [61 O.S., Section 124]
