Okla. Admin. Code § 1:1966-8
By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, it is hereby ordered that the Executive Order issued on January 22, 1960 placing the Oklahoma Cerebral Palsy Center under the merit system of personnel administration prescribed by the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act, (H.B. 531, Chapter 27, Title 74, Sections 801-819 of the general laws of 1959, of the Twenty-Seventh Legislature of the State of Oklahoma), and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder by the State Personnel Board, be amended to read as follows:
It is further ordered that the following personnel be exempt from this order:
Part-time Physicians and other professional personnel engaged in clinical or consultant services.
