Okla. Admin. Code § 1:1966-7
By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, it is hereby ordered that the Grand River Dam Authority, be placed under the merit system of personnel administration prescribed by the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act, (74 O.S. Supp. 1961, Sections 801-839 inclusive and the Rules and Regulations promulgated thereunder by the Oklahoma State Personnel Board.
It is further ordered that the following personnel be exempt from this order: Deputy or Assistant General Manager and One Private Secretary.
