Any water well equipment, pump and pitless unit equipment, geothermal equipment, or monitoring well equipment operating in North Dakota must prominently display a decal on the primary equipment that is under the charge of a certificate holder. Before beginning any water well equipment, pump and pitless unit equipment, geothermal equipment, or monitoring well equipment operation, the certificate holder in charge shall secure a decal from the board and place it on the primary equipment.
