Section 90-02-01-01 - [Effective until 10/1/2024] Preparation of examination

The board shall arrange for an examination to be prepared which shall be presented to the board for approval. If the board finds that the proposed examination fairly tests the skills and knowledge needed to be a certified water well contractor, pump and pitless unit installer, or monitoring well contractor, it shall approve such examination and order its use. The examination shall be modified, revised, or changed from time to time at the discretion of the board.
