Section 90-02-01-01 - [Effective 10/1/2024] Examination preparation

The board shall arrange for an examination to be prepared for board approval. If a majority of the board finds that the proposed examination fairly tests the skills and knowledge needed to be a certificate holder, it shall approve such examination and order its use. The examination may be modified from time to time at the board's discretion.
