The child-placing agency shall create and maintain written policy outlining how the child-placing agency will evaluate placement decisions. The evaluation must consider initial and ongoing assessment of the appropriateness of the placement. The evaluation must include:
1. The identification of the appropriate foster care provider to meet the child's needs;2. The child's view of the placement;3. The foster care provider's commitment to the child's best interests;4. The foster care provider's ability and willingness to accept and support the biological family; and5. Evidence that the placement supports maintaining family and sibling connections, visitation, educational, religious, spiritual, and cultural needs.N.D. Admin Code 75-03-36-39
