Section 361-8.6 - Recordkeeping and reporting requirements

(a) The facility must keep records as required by subdivision 360.19(k) of this Title. In addition, the facility must maintain daily records of the quantity of unprocessed used cooking oil and yellow grease received at the facility, material stored on-site by type, and processed oil, grease, and biofuel removed from the facility.

(b) The facility must submit an annual report as required by paragraph 360.19(k)(3) of this Title, which must include:

(1) a summary of the sources and quantities of unprocessed used cooking oil and yellow grease;

(2) quantities of processed oil and grease and/or biofuel distributed during the previous calendar year; and

(3) quantities of all other waste currently on-site.
