Section 2601.15 - Subject matter files

Subject matter of the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation files is maintained in the following manner:

(a) administrative files;

(b) financial information;

(c) loans and investments;

(d) accounting;

(e) operations;

(f) program records;

(g) retired programs; and

(h) EFC board of director's files.

The records access officers will assist applicants to identify the location of records.
