Section 2601.14 - Appeals: where to file

Any applicant denied access to a record may appeal such denial, pursuant to the procedure heretofore described, by directing such appeal to the General Counsel, New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation, 625 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207-2997.
