Whenever, on the basis of information available to the Commissioner of the Department, the Commissioner finds that an employer is in violation of the Worker and Community Right to Know Act, 34:5A-1 et seq., or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, the Commissioner shall issue an order requiring the employer to comply, shall bring a civil action, shall levy a civil administrative penalty, or shall bring an action for a civil penalty, in accordance with 34:5A-31. The exercise of any of the remedies provided in this subchapter shall not preclude recourse to any other remedy so provided.
