Section 8:51-2.2 - Screening methods

(a) All screening for blood lead at or above the blood lead reference value shall be performed in accordance with N.J.A.C. 8:51A.

(b) Local boards of health shall use, for blood lead testing, a laboratory that reports test results to the Department in accordance with 8:44-2.11.
