Section 8:43F-10.2 - Qualifications of the food service supervisor(a) The food service supervisor shall:2. Be a graduate of a dietetic technician or dietetic assistant training program approved by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (Office on Dietetic Credentialing); or3. Be a graduate of a New Jersey State-approved course in food service management and have at least one year of full-time, or full-time equivalent, experience as a food service supervisor in a licensed health care facility.N.J.
