Section 7:27D-4.8 - Grant award

(a) After review and evaluation of an application, the Department shall notify the local government agency in writing as to its determination regarding the application for grant funding.

(b) If a local government agency is not awarded a grant, it may resubmit its application, with or without modification, as a new application in response to a subsequent notice of grant availability issued in accordance with 7:27D-4.2.
