Section 19:11-6.8 - Objection to conduct of hearing(a) Any objection to the conduct of the hearing, including any objection to the introduction of evidence, may be stated orally or in writing accompanied by a short statement of the grounds for such objection and included in the record.(b) An objection shall not be deemed waived by further participation in the hearing.(c) During a hearing, the Commission will not review any objection to the rulings of a hearing officer or the conduct of a hearing except by special permission to appeal pursuant to N.J.A.C. 19:14-4.6(b). Review by the Commission shall not stay the conduct of the hearing unless otherwise ordered by the Commission.N.J. Admin. Code § 19:11-6.8
