Section 13:95-11.5 - Review of juveniles in protective custody

(a) Each juvenile in protective custody, whether voluntary or involuntary, shall be reviewed at least monthly by the Classification Committee.

(b) A juvenile who is placed in protective custody involuntarily shall, in every case, have an in-person hearing once every three months in accordance with procedures specified in 13:95-11.3 and 11.4.
