Section 13:85-3.2 - Successful completion of the MSE BRC 2(a) To successfully complete the BRC 2, a participant shall: 1. Attend, participate in, and successfully complete each unit of the curriculum;2. Achieve a score of at least 80 percent correct responses on a written motorcycle knowledge test consisting of at least 20 questions upon completion of the BRC 2 Suite License Waiver Rider Course; and3. Demonstrate proficiency in the operation of a motorcycle by achieving a score of not more than 20 penalty points assessed by the examining rider coach during a motorcycle skill test upon completion of the BRC 2 Suite License Waiver Rider Course.(b) A participant who successfully completes the course shall receive the appropriate course completion documents.N.J.
