N.J. Admin. Code § 13:47A-2.7

A registered investment adviser shall file with the IARD or the Bureau a Form ADV-W, Notice of Withdrawal from Registration as Investment Adviser, as set forth in 13:47A-11.9, when it desires to withdraw its registration as an investment adviser in the State of New Jersey. Such request for withdrawal will become effective 30 days after filing with the Bureau.
