Section 13:24-8.5 - Possession and exhibition of identification card (permit)

An identification card (permit) issued pursuant to this subchapter shall be in the possession of the operator at all times when the blue emergency warning light or lights are operated on a vehicle and shall be exhibited upon the request of any law enforcement official or authorized representative of the Commission.
