Section 13:23-5.4 - Commission approval

Commission approval to conduct the State-approved written drivers' examination or the State-approved eye examination shall not be issued unless the licensed driving school demonstrates its ability to comply with 13:23-5.14 and 5.15 pertaining to test administration and equipment.
