Section 13:1A-6.3 - Expenditure of monies

(a) Expenditure of monies from the dedicated account shall be made as follows:

1. Expenditures that represent monies allocated by the Commission shall only be made for equipment and resources that are consistent with the provisions of 13:1A-2.2; and

2. Expenditures that represent monies awarded by the Commission shall only be made for the equipment and instructional resources listed in the application that was approved by the Commission.

(b) Any other expenditure of monies is prohibited.
