Disbursements of monies from the Fund must be deposited in a dedicated account established by the Commission-approved school or the entity funding the operation of the approved school. All interest and income earned on monies in the account is to remain with the account. Monies in the dedicated account shall not be commingled with any other accounts or monies at the disposal of the approved school.
