Section 10A:13-5.1 - Authority

Pursuant to 30:1B-1 et seq., the Commissioner is authorized to determine all matters of Department of Corrections policy and may modify and adjust same so that the Department can function effectively. Therefore, the Commissioner reserves the authority to approve, disapprove, suspend for a period of time, or otherwise limit job/wage variances consistent with the provisions of this chapter and any applicable internal management procedures.
