Section Saf-C 5024.06 - Use of Alcohol or Drugs(a) No person shall handle, transport, or display any display fireworks or be present in the discharge site while under the influence of or having consumed, within the previous 24 hour period, alcohol or controlled substances.(b) Paragraph (a) shall not apply to the possession or use of a substance administered to a person by or under the instructions of a licensed physician or medical specialist, who is authorized by RSA 318:42 to prescribe controlled drugs, and who has advised the person that such substance will not affect his/her ability to handle, transport or display any display fireworks.N.H.
