Section Saf-C 5024.05 - Installation of Mortars(a) A cleaning tool shall be utilized for cleaning debris out of the mortars between firings.(b) Mortars shall be inspected before the first shells are loaded to ensure that no water or debris has accumulated in the bottom of the mortar.(c) Display operators and assistants shall use only flashlights or electric lighting for artificial illumination.N.H.
