Section Ret 308.08 - Financial Inability To Pay

An eligible employee who is found eligible for prior service credit pursuant to Ret 308.03 who is financially unable to make the payments set forth in Ret 308.03(d)(1) or (d) (2) may petition the board of trustees for relief within 90 days after the date of notice of eligibility/actuary's statement.
