Section Ret 308.07 - Election By Eligible Employee's Estate

An election made pursuant to Ret 308.06 shall be made in writing and filed with NHRS on or before the eligible employee's current installment payment due date or 90 days from the date of the eligible employee's death, whichever date is later.
