Section Puc 3004.01 - Applicability(a) Except as specified herein, each CNGS who sells natural gas either directly or indirectly shall comply with the terms of service provisions that are described in the disclosure statement set forth in Puc 3004.02.(b) Except as noted, all consumer protection provisions in this chapter apply to any CNGS or aggregator operating in New Hampshire.N.H.
