Section Puc 1105.05 - Accidents(a) As soon as possible after each accident occurring in connection with the operation of its property, facilities or services, each utility shall report whether any person(s) has been killed or injured, or if any compensable property damage has been caused.(b) The first report of an accident may be preliminary, but, if so, shall be followed later by as full a statement as possible of the cause and details of the accident and the precautions taken, if any, to prevent recurrence.(c) Accidents to employees resulting in injuries which do not incapacitate the person injured from active work for more than 6 days in total during the 10 days immediately following injury are not required to be reported. The utility shall report any other accident related to its utility operations on Form E-5 described in Puc 1107.05.N.H. Admin. Code § Puc 1105.05
