Section Puc 1105.04 - Resuscitation

(a) Each utility periodically shall instruct its employees engaged in electrical work, including but not limited to those employees who work on all live electric conductors and equipment, in accepted safety procedures for resuscitation from electrical shock.

(b) The utility shall instruct all employees engaged in work in hazardous atmospheres such as meter vaults in the procedure to be followed in cases involving asphyxiation.

(c) The utility shall furnish copies of applicable safety procedures to each employee described in (a) and (b) above.
