Section Pos 1113.03 - Fines

(a) The following schedule of fines shall apply:

Table 1100-2 Fines

	Item	Fine
(1)	Incomplete application or late/incomplete data	$50 per occurrence per month or portion thereof
(2)	Late fee payment	$100 per occurrence per month or portion thereof
(3)	Late penalty for license fees:	$25 plus 5 percent of fee amount for each 30 day period or portion thereof; revocation of license if more than 90 days late
(4)	Fine for non-criminal violations of the rules and statutes	$100 for each violation/occurrence; with a maximum fine of $3,000 per year. Repeated violations shall be grounds for the suspension of license.
(5)	Fine for criminal violations of the rules and statutes	$500 for each violation/occurrence. Criminal violations shall be grounds for the suspension/termination of license.
(6)	Fine for operating an unlicensed school	$5,000 per month with a maximum fine of $25,000 per year.

(b) The postal date on the envelope or package shall serve as the date of receipt.
