The following schedule of administrative fees shall apply:
Table 1100-1 Administrative Fees

| (a) | Change school information (such as address, instructor, program or school name change) | $50, per occurrence |
| (b) | Program additions | $100, per program |
| (c) | Program deletions/revisions | $50, per occurrence |
| (d) | Pre-application (PEC form 1100-03) fee | $50 |
| (e) | Transcript copies | $10 per copy |
| (f) | Complaint Investigation (charged to school) Non-criminal investigation Criminal investigation | $50 plus fines, if any, per occurrence $100 plus cost of investigation and fines, per occurrence |
| (g) | Reinstatement fee for suspended licenses | $500 |
