Section Plc1604.01 - Registrant Obligations to Notify(a) Each registrant shall:(1) Notify the licensing bureau within 10 working days when a change of name occurs; and(2) Update the OPLC's records within 10 working days when a change of contact information occurs.(b) Each registrant shall know, and have available in the registrant's office or other place of business, information regarding how complaints can be filed with the OPLC.(c) Each registrant shall inform the licensing bureau within 10 working days of any of the circumstances identified in Plc 307.02(c).N.H.
