Section Plc 1604.02 - Registrant Responsibilities for Renewal

Each registrant shall:

(a) Know when the registrant's registration is due to expire; and

(b) File an application for renewal prior to the expiration of the current registration in accordance with Plc 1605 if the registrant wishes to continue to conduct business as a nurse agency in New Hampshire.
