Section Phy 303.07 - Jurisprudence Examination(a) Each applicant for initial licensure or reinstatement of licensure to practice as a physical therapist shall be examined on the contents of RSA 328-A Physical Therapy Practice Act, Phy 100 through 500, and the APTA Code of Ethics for the Physical Therapist.(b) Each applicant for initial licensure or reinstatement of licensure to practice as a physical therapist assistant shall be examined on the contents of RSA 328-A Physical Therapy Practice Act, Phy 100 through 500, and the APTA Standards of Ethical Conduct for the Physical Therapist Assistant.(c) The examination shall be: (1) Developed and administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy;(3) Available on a secure web site.(d) An individual shall achieve a passing score of at least 80 percent.(e) An individual who fails the examination may re-take the examination as many times as it takes the individual to pass the examination.N.H.
