Section Phy 303.07 - Jurisprudence Examination
(a) Each applicant for initial licensure or reinstatement of licensure to practice as a physical therapist shall be examined on the contents of RSA 328-A Physical Therapy Practice Act, Phy 100 through 500, and the APTA Code of Ethics for the Physical Therapist.
(b) Each applicant for initial licensure or reinstatement of licensure to practice as a physical therapist assistant shall be examined on the contents of RSA 328-A Physical Therapy Practice Act, Phy 100 through 500, and the APTA Standards of Ethical Conduct for the Physical Therapist Assistant.
(c) The examination shall be:
(1) Developed and administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy;
(2) Open book; and
(3) Available on a secure web site.
(d) An individual shall achieve a passing score of at least 80 percent.
(e) An individual who fails the examination may re-take the examination as many times as it takes the individual to pass the examination.
