Section Per 603.02 - Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9

For each new appointment, an appointing authority shall file with the director a completed, original Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 to comply with the federal immigration reporting requirements mandated by the U.S. Department of Justice.
