Section Per 1203.04 - Probationary and Rehired Employees(a) Employees on probationary appointment may be granted leave without pay.(b) At the end of each month of service, a new or rehired employee shall be credited with one annual leave day.(c) No payment for accrued but unused annual leave shall be made upon separation from employment within the first 12 months of employment.N.H.
