Section Per 1203.03 - Seasonal Employees

(a) Permanent seasonal employees shall be permitted to carry over 6 annual or bonus leave days to succeeding seasonal work periods with the same agency in lieu of payment at the end of the season for those days.

(b) The maximum balance of carried days for any seasonal employee shall be 10 days.
