Section Pas 302.04 - Incident Reports: Written(a) The owner or operator of any tramway shall submit a detailed report to the board of all incidents, including all those requiring an oral report, involving any lift system failure affecting the safety or integrity of any tramway, or resulting in bodily injury on a tramway, including loading and off-loading areas.(b) The report shall be sent to the board within 5 days from the date of the incident.(c) The report shall be submitted on the "tramway incident report form" as set forth in Pas 309.01.N.H.
