Section Pari 808.13 - Objections(a) If a kennel operator or trainer has an objection pertaining to a greyhound running in the same race as that in which the kennel operator or trainer has entered a greyhound, the kennel operator or trainer shall submit a written objection to the board within 48 hours of the event giving rise to the objection.(b) Upon the timely submission to the board of a written objection pursuant to (a) above, the purse shall be withheld pending a decision on the objection.(c) If an objection is determined to be valid, there shall be a new order of finish and a redistribution of the purse.(d) The determination of a new order of finish pursuant to (c) above shall not affect the pari-mutuel payout.N.H.
