Section Pari 808.12 - Status as Starter of Greyhounds Not Completing the Race(a) If a greyhound refuses to leave the starting box when the door of the starting box opens, it shall be considered a starter.(b) Even if a greyhound runs off the course during the race, it shall be considered a starter.(c) Even if a greyhound is removed from the race because of accident or injury occurring after it has left the starting box, it shall be considered a starter.N.H.
