Section Pari 805.04 - Reporting Requirement

The board shall make a written daily report to the commission of:

(a) All infractions of these rules;

(b) The decisions made, and any actions taken, by the board members constituting the majority in the case of each decision and action of the board; and

(c) The decisions and actions preferred by the board member constituting the minority in the case of each decision and action of the board.
