Section Pari 802.05 - Ejection and Exclusion

Upon the recommendation of the board or on its own initiative the commission shall, after notice and opportunity for a hearing, eject and exclude from the racing premises any individual licensed by the commission who:

(a) Is subject to pari-mutuel racing regulation in a foreign or another domestic jurisdiction; and

(b) Has:

(1) Been excluded from racing premises by such jurisdiction;

(2) Been denied an occupational license by such jurisdiction; or

(3) Had his or her occupational license suspended by such jurisdiction.
