A motion for reconsideration shall be granted only if:
(a) Material evidence is presented with the motion for reconsideration which was not available at the time of the hearing; or(b) The party making the motion for reconsideration demonstrates that the board's decision is based on a legal error concerning the interpretation or application of any statute, administrative rule or case law.N.H.
