Section Par 211.03 - Filing and Content of Motion(a) A motion for reconsideration shall be filed within 30 days of service after service of a final board decision or order.(b) A motion for reconsideration shall: (1) Identify each error of fact, error of reasoning, or error of law which the moving party wishes to have reconsidered;(2) Concisely state the factual finding, reasoning, or legal conclusion urged by the moving party; and(3) Include any memorandum of law the moving party wishes to file.N.H.
