Section Odb 201.02 - Applicability(a) The procedures set forth in this chapter shall apply to all proceedings conducted by the oil fund disbursement board, and shall be in addition to any applicable requirements of RSA 541-A.(b) All board proceedings shall be subject to the provisions of RSA 91-A.N.H.
