Section Odb 201.01 - Purpose(a) The purpose of this chapter is to provide uniform procedures for the conduct of all non-adjudicative and adjudicative proceedings, including requests for reconsideration, declaratory rulings, rulemaking petitions, and hearings in contested cases.(b) This chapter is intended to supplement the procedures established by RSA 541-A and any procedures or criteria established under any statute implemented by the oil fund disbursement board.N.H.
